Delivery and returns

Delivery

Your order will be professionally packed in a sturdy cardboard box. We use PostNL for fast and reliable shipping. By default, all packages are provided with a track & trace code. This makes it easy to trace your package online. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are only € 4.99 per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders above €99 will be delivered free of charge. The order will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 16:00.

Prefer to pick up your order?
Unfortunately, due to the Corona measures, it is temporarily not possible to pick up your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original condition and sealed factory packaging. Use the contact form for this. Return shipments are at the buyer's risk.

BRICKchampion is not liable for damage or loss of returned LEGO sets. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer. After we have received the shipment back in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. We will charge for returns which have not been processed in their original condition.
